Our gymnastics teachers, who have backgrounds in cheerleading and/or gymnastics, offer classes to boys and girls ages 3K through grade 2.

Gymnastics is a wonderful way to encourage motor development, coordination, and physical fitness. In gymnastics, children will learn basic skills on bars, balance beam, floor, and vault. Progressions are based on each child, and classes are taught year-round.
