Birmingham Baptist Association

The Birmingham Baptist Association (BBA) offers ways to share the hope of Christ with others in their annual Season of Our Savior emphasis. Choose an option below, or visit the BBA website.

Drop-off location: Birmingham Metro Baptist Association office located at 750 Montclair Road, Birmingham, AL 35213.

STOCKINGS AT CHRISTMAS  Assemble stockings filled with gifts for needy children in our community. Make or purchase a stocking 15” to 18” long and 6“ to 7” wide.  Visit the BBA website to print a stocking label. Attach the label and specify if the stocking is for a boy or girl and their age (birth-2 years, 3-5 years, grade 1-3, grade 4-6, or teen)   Fill stockings with:   Small toys  Candy  Crayons  Coloring books   Please NO FRUIT in the stockings!

Place the following items in a one-gallon Ziploc bag:  Washcloth Shampoo* Bar of soap Brush/comb • Deodorant Hand sanitizer Toothbrush & toothpaste* Dental floss Box of adhesive bandages Poncho** Razor & shaving cream* Pen & small notepad * Travel-size ** Available at Dollar stores

SHEPHERD’S FOLD

Shepherd’s Fold is a residential life transformation center for men being released from prison. Help these men transition to freedom by providing hygiene kits, laundry and linen kits, or coats and jackets.

NOURISH THE NEEDY  Volunteers prepare or purchase food for homeless women and children.  Volunteers, along with children or friends, can select a date to bring food to feed moms and children on-site at  Jessie’s Place.
