Group Fitness and Personal Training Below are descriptions of our 2008 Group Fitness and Personal Training programs. Check out the group fitness classes available at The ROC! From beginner to advanced, you’ll find a heart-pumping classes to help you get fit and stay fit. All classes are taught by qualified instructors in our own group fitness room and feature upbeat music, great fellowship and motivation in a Christian atmosphere. Group Fitness Classes We Offer: 1. CARDIO EXPRESS - If you are looking for a cardio class then you got it here! (intermediate to advanced levels). 2. MUSCLE WORKS - A head to toe workout, which tones and strengthens the body, all in one hour! Using weights and other forms of resistance you will train every muscle group (intermediate to advanced levels). 3. 20/20/20 - This class utilizes different types of cardio and strength training to make your workout fun. Step Hi/Lo and sculpt will challenge you for one hour (intermediate to advanced levels). 4. CARDIO CIRCUIT WITH PILATES - A new and exciting class! This one hour plus class will help build your cardio endurance while helping you sculpt and tone. An exercise system using a floor mat or equipment, that will help you look and feel your very best. No matter what your age or condition, it will work for you. Classes are taught on all levels (intermediate to advanced levels). 5. STEP CLASS - An hour packed full of step work that will burn tons of calories. This is a great addition to the classes offered at the ROC (Intermediate to advanced levels). 6. ESSENTIAL FITNESS - A group fitness workout specialy designed for seniors. This workout is designed to help you maintain and improve your health and energy levels (Beginner to Intermediate Levels). Personal Training Have you tried to stick to an exercise program, but couldn’t keep it going? Personal Trainers are part of the Wellness Ministry at The ROC and can help you get started and keep you motivated toward meeting your personal fitness goals.
