Group Fitness and Personal Training

The new 2009 schedule is more balanced offering the best classes to help you tone and get in the best shape of your life. Also, bring a new friend to class and receive $5 toward group fitness or personal training.

Check out the group fitness classes available at The ROC! From beginner to advanced, you’ll find a heart-pumping classes to help you get fit and stay fit.  All classes are taught by qualified instructors in our own group fitness room and feature upbeat music, great fellowship and motivation in a Christian atmosphere.  Cost is $20 for a 30day membership, or $3 per class. Group Fitness Classes We Offer:

1. CARDIO: STEPPING FOR CHRIST - If you are looking for a FUN cardio class to help you burn away unwanted weight you've found it in Cardio Step! (intermediate to advanced levels).

2. PILATES STRETCH AND TONE - A fast, effective 30 min session of stretching and toning through pilates. 

3. BODY SCULPTING: MUSCLE WORKS - A head to toe workout, which tones and strengthens the body, all in one hour! Using weights and other forms of resistance you will train every muscle group (intermediate to advanced levels).

4. BODY SCULPTING: INTERVAL - A new and exciting class! This one hour plus class will help build your cardio endurance while helping you sculpt and tone. An exercise system using a floor mat or equipment, that will help you look and feel you're very best. No matter what you're age or condition, it will work for you. Classes are taught on all levels (intermediate to advanced levels). 

5. ESSENTIAL FITNESS - A group fitness workout specially designed for seniors. This workout is designed to help you maintain and improve your health and energy levels (Beginner to Intermediate Levels).

Personal Training

Have you tried to stick to an exercise program, but couldn’t keep it going?  Personal Trainers are part of the Wellness Ministry at The ROC and can help you get started and keep you motivated toward meeting your personal fitness goals.  Contact The ROC and find out how one of our certified personal trainers can help you! We offer personal training for men and women. 

Here are our Personal Training Rates:

1 Session= $35

5 Sessions= $150

10 Sessions- $300
