Special Connections is Hunter Street’s Ministry to families that have been touched by Special Needs. Special Connections provides environments that meet the needs of our families that have kids, students, and adults with special needs. Our Special Connections Leaders are incredible and love the opportunity to teach and interact with kids, students and adults with special needs. Many of leaders have training and experience with special needs education.
Kids and Students meet during the 9:30am and 11:00am hours in the Special Connections rooms in the South Building.
Adults with special needs meet at 11:00am in the Special Connections room in the West Building (Room W203).
The Special Connections rooms for kids and students are located in the South Building. The easiest way to find us is to enter through the Recreation Ministry entrance on the backside of our campus on the main level. The Special Connections Room for adults is located just down the hall from the main Worship Center.
If you would like to visit and have a child with special needs, you can get a head start by completing our Special Connections Profile for your family. The information from this form will allow us get to know your family and help us engage with your family member while they are here with us. You can find the form here: Special Connections Profile.
