Get in shape at The ROC by becoming a member. You'll have access to the track, weight room* and join exercise classes. Members only pay $5 to cover the cost of an ID card.
* You must view the orientation DVD before you can use the weight room.

Why A Recreation Ministry?

Hunter Street’s Recreation Outreach Center (ROC) is a ministry that seeks to provide opportunities for families to glorify God through fitness/wellness and a dynamic children’s sports ministry. Our purpose is to create a culture of wellness and through it bring glory to God.
Adults
Fitness classes. Classes are available weekly and feature high-energy workouts and moderately paced training that can be customized to meet every individuals needs.
Personal training. Individual or group classes are led by certified trainers, for those interested in taking their fitness to the next level.
Weight Room. The ROC members also have access to our weight room facility, fully outfitted with weight training and cardio equipment.
Seasonal sports. Adult leagues include men’s basketball and co-ed and men’s softball teams.
Children
Seasonal Sports. Children’s sports ministry includes flag football, soccer, basketball, baseball, and softball. These team sports are designed to lead our boys and girls to become “Champions for Christ.”
Upward. In Upward sports, children learn that sports are more than a game. Each child is exposed to the gospel of Jesus Christ on a weekly basis during the season through devotions, prayer and scripture memory. Our coaches are eager to teach the fundamentals of their sport, but are even more focused on sharing the good news of Christ with every player.
Legacy Park
Legacy Park is a 20-acre facility located on Highway 150 in Bessemer where all of our outdoor sports teams play. These teams include Upward soccer, Upward flag football and Upward baseball leagues. Men’s and co-ed softball teams play here also.
