DayBreak Ministry

The death of a spouse is one of the greatest losses a person can experience. Few are prepared to face the sorrow and loneliness following such loss.

The Daybreak Ministry at Hunter Street Baptist Church exists to extend the love and compassion of Christ and to walk beside those who have lost a spouse in death. Through this ministry we offer friendship, hope and encouragement to those grieving in our church and in our community.

Newly widowed men and women of all ages are invited to attend Daybreak grief support meetings. Here you will find understanding, support and guidance in a close and confidential setting.
